EHMP PNEUMATIC SELF-BALANCING MANIPULATOR
The EHMP Manipulator is an ergonomic material handling device which enables its operator to maneuver heavy loads with speed and ease, assisted by pneumatic lifting force.
In-line mounted control allows for direct manipulation of the load, turning the task of moving heavy items into a natural and effortless movement, with a near-zero learning curve requirement. This equates to marked decreases in worker fatigue and injury, while greatly enhancing production efficiency, thus reducing costs and time.
The EHMP Manipulator could be mounted on our floor post, or onto the customer's own platform, rail or crane system. The components are overhead-mounted and low profile, allowing for a minimal space requirements coupled with a generous working envelope.
The standard model comes equipped with a lifting hook serving as the end-tool. Custom-designed end effectors are also an option (see below).
