CORE-GRIP ROLL HANDLER

MANIPULATOR MOUNTED
Gripper tooling for inside core grasping and transfer of rolls while stacked vertically.  Gripping action provided by a steel mandrel gripper tooled with a saw-tooth pattern.  The gripper drops into the roll core and expands via pneumatic actuation to provide a reliable ID core grip of the roll, allowing for effortless transfer of the load with zero damage to the product.
two standard models:
  1. fixed-joint, EHMP Manipulator mounted (pictured left)
  2. flex-joint, monorail or crane mounted (pictured right) which allows some lateral positioning leeway from a straight-line overhead connection point
Both models come complete with a down-stroke overload safety module to prevent topside crushing of the roll upon tool deployment, as well as a load release safety module which prevents accidental release of the load while in transfer.

PANEL / SHEET VACUUM GRIPPER

Vacuum gripping device, developed for suction gripping, lifting, and transfer of nearly any flat, uniform material such as sheets of glass, cardboard, plastic, sheet metal, wood and laminate, etc.

Off-center controls and low-profile, forward mounted grip tooling allows for easy maneuverability into restricted confines, ideal for punch press and mold applications.
